USD Facilities Management is seeking a Senior Building Maintenance Worker. This position will perform a wide variety of duties in the facility including replacing filters, cleaning, and inspecting HVAC and plumbing equipment inspecting pumps, air compressors, exhaust fans, sump pumps and motors, replacing belts, lubricating and adjusting equipment as required; monitoring boiler performance during the heating season and recording performance data, performing pool maintenance including, but not limited to, filter changes, temperature adjustments, and weekly cleaning, performing emergency maintenance such as adjusting door hardware, covering broken windows, resetting breakers addressing leaking drains, faucets and pipes, repairing flush valves, and unclogging toilets and urinals. The hours will be Sunday 1130 PM through Friday 8 : 00 AM.
