Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs DASH review and process of UT payables including placing orders.
- Processes transfer vouchers, invoices, prepayments for Visa, special pay requests, petty cash vouchers and deposits, travel requests, and travel expense reports.
- Performs DASH review of payroll records, time entry, payroll distribution, travel records, travel authorization and travel expense reporting.
- Enters biweekly and monthly time including leave and time off requests.
- Reconciles ledgers and verifies Procurement cards and Travel cards for OB/GYN and Neo; serves as backup for reconciliation of Neurology and Neurosurgery.
- Place orders for the Department of OB/GYN and Neo, which includes Neurology and Neurosurgery.
- Assists with troubleshooting to solve unpaid purchase orders for UT accounting vendors and preparation of confirming requisitions when fiscal policies are not in compliance.
- Verifies all travel receipts are captured and reported in the travel system.
- Maintains inventory controls by creating an asset in the IRIS system for major and sensitive equipment.
- Performs other duties as necessary.

- Highly organized, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, and experienced using online databases and other resources.
- Ability to complete all types of forms designed by UT for Finance and Payroll.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Skill editing documents.
- Experience with FileMaker Pro, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of UT policy and procedures.
- Computer knowledge and experience with computer-generated spreadsheets.
