Job Description
Plays a critical role within the Digital Learning Solutions Engineering team by serving as the technical leader of marketing technology. Oversees the integration and deployment of marketing technology solutions, ensuring they align with Digital Learning's (DL) business objectives and drive innovation. This role collaborates with the marketing team to lead and drive the alignment of advanced technology solutions in support of marketing strategies, ensuring scalable, seamless integrations of technology solutions. Understands higher education's complex technical systems and requirements.
Responsibilities
Technology Strategy and Data Architecture
- Provide technical leadership for the architecture of the DL's marketing technology stack.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of the MarTech stack, encompassing CRM, CDPs, CMS, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and personalization engines.
- Lead efforts to implement cutting edge technologies, predictive analytics, and machine learning to support marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the DL Marketing team to ensure integration components are defined and operating efficiently.
- Design and maintain a secure, scalable data infrastructure to support real-time analytics and actionable insights.
