The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, (UTK) invites applications and nominations for our Regional Recruiter position. This position will be located in Florida. We are seeking candidates who can contribute in meaningful ways to enhance the accessibility of higher education, fostering a diverse and inclusive academic environment, and improving the recruitment and graduation of our students. The expected starting salary for this position is $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
The Position :
This position develops and coordinates strategic recruitment initiatives for their territory designed to attract competitive out of state students. Assists with establishing out of state recruitment goals by leveraging data from assessments (ACT & SAT) to develop recruitment plans and conduct market analysis. This data driven approach informs territory, and overall recruitment goals, and ultimately drives our planning and strategy to achieve the University's enrollment goals. Counsels a diverse set of prospective students and parents. Represents UTK and Undergraduate Admissions at recruitment events. Coordinates and manages schedule of travel, visits, and general office duties. Holistically reviews prospective student applications for admission. This position will be located in Florida.
