Job Details : Purpose

The Meadows Center for Preventing Educational Risk is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to provide support to multiple projects, including the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) project. Other projects are funded by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) : LASO - Strong Foundations, Texas Reading Academies and Tiered Interventions Using Evidence-Based Research (TIER). This candidate will also support additional projects, as determined by the direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support the ODHE Science of Reading Audit by communicating with field auditors in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in managing audit data by coordinating the transcription of interviews.
• Oversee audit procedures, ensuring consistency and maintaining organizational efficiency.
• Review and revise content related to Tiered Interventions for Evidence-based Research (TIER).
• Assist with data collection related to TIER.
• Support Strong Foundations and Texas Reading Academies with the planning and scheduling of professional learning and site visits.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience. The position requires proven educational leadership skills and an eagerness to collaborate with a group of support providers and LEAs across the state of Texas and beyond. The desired mindset for this position would be a willingness to walk alongside others and engage in a partnership to learn and implement research-based best practices for educators. The ideal candidate should have : 1-2 years of related experience focused on educational programs, which may be a part of a university program or internship and a bachelor's degree Research experience and presenting skills are a plus.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
