Job Description :
This Program Specialist will be a key member of the MBA Admissions team. focused on the admission cycle primarily for the Professional MBA formats. This position will be in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. This professional candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students and the enrollment services team to ensure the smooth and fast processing of all applications.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of four years of experience in program / project development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Have a strong customer-centric style and enjoy working with candidates and fellow team members with a positive attitude.
Work closely with the Assistant Director to ensure schedules and workflow are managed timely along with proper coverage of candidate emails and phone calls.

Have excellent Excel skills and a critical eye for detail.
Be capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
