Partial Remote, onsite as needed. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.

Job Duties:
To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties that support all departments within IT Services.
- Must demonstrate ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
- Manages the overall administrative and related department activities and supervises administrative staff as necessary for the efficient operation of the department.
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively with all leaders and staff members to create a high-functioning team that sets and achieves goals.
- Executes administrative duties, including managing time-critical, sensitive, and/or confidential information.
- Provides administrative support to leadership and staff in support of the Department's goals and objectives including, but not limited to, confidential and daily correspondence, maintaining files and records, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and coordinating other materials as needed.
- Assists in the recruitment of staff and support personnel.
- Assists departmental leadership in goal setting and strategic planning.
- Coordinates and processes employee travel arrangements, reimbursements, procurement transactions (requisitions, non-PO vouchers and internal billing requests), and ensures all Departmental bills are paid on time, ensuring compliance with Institutional policies and procedures.
- Coordinates special projects, informational surveys, ad-hoc reports, and works collaboratively with other departments and agencies.
- Identifies appropriate internal controls for the department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task to support diverse areas within the organization.
- Supports the Department by performing all other duties as assigned.
