Job Summary
To implement and provide internal A/R follow up and documentation quality assurance reviews to Patient Accounts and Senior Patient Account Representatives in the Hospital Billing Department. Incumbent will ensure compliance with Billing and Accounts Receivables processes for hospital billing and A/R follow up on claims. The incumbent will also monitor and report on staff productivity within the HB department. This position will also reinforce and reeducate representatives on hospital billing and A/R processes and will also ensure and monitor that production standards are met by all staff.

Education & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Three (3) years of experience in a hospital revenue cycle billing and/or Accounts Receivables follow up role.
- At least three (3) years of Epic Experience.
- Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field.
- Experience with customer service, insurance, finance, or medical offices.
- At least four (4) years of Hospital Billing experience.
- At least five (5) years of Epic Experience.
Preferred:
- EPIC Certification.
