Salary and Benefits

Job Summary
Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in conformance with our policies, standards of practice, and physician orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote effective communication among healthcare team members.
- Provide care to assigned patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Support the philosophy, objectives, and goals of our nursing department.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Completion of a 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training program.
- Registered as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of Vermont.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic nursing care skills.
