What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diagnostic Ultrasound Technician position at The University of Vermont Health Network?
The Radiology Department at The University of Vermont Health Network performs 25,000 imaging exams annually using state-of-the-art equipment. As a Diagnostic Ultrasound Technician, you will be responsible for performing all exams relating to Ultrasound within the organization.
The ideal candidate should have active ARDMS registration, with advanced certification in OB/GYN strongly preferred. In addition, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment, rotating among scheduled hospital patients, the emergency department, operating room, and an OB/GYN and midwifery clinic.
