Qualifications :
- Required : BSN, NYS RN license, Long Term Care certification.
- Preferred : Master’s degree, 5 years in Long Term Care, 3 years supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in key healthcare software and systems.
- Must meet pre-employment screening and physical requirements.
