JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Director of Provider Recruitment and Provider Services will lead, mentor, and develop the Physician and APP Recruitment team to deliver the highest level of physician and APP recruitment services to the UVMHN. Will also be responsible for overseeing UVMHN Provider Services team that executes provider onboarding, visas and all provider related services. This role requires the Director to provide leadership, direction and ongoing administration and management for all aspects of Provider Recruitment and Provider services to ensure policies and procedures are implemented for efficient, effective management of all programs and is accountable to communicate strategic initiatives at all levels of the organization : Physician Leaders, UVM Dean's office of faculty appointment, Dept. Chairs, Division Chiefs, Medical Group leadership, Physician leaders and partner site leadership teams.
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree (B. A.)
EXPERIENCE :
7-10 years of Provider Recruitment experience, prefers at least 5 years in a leadership role
Salary : $66 - $99
