**Job Description:**
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Supervisor to lead our healthcare team at Helen Porter Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the DON/ADON in developing and implementing nursing strategies, providing clinical and administrative guidance to staff members, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Develop and execute nursing plans under the guidance of DON/ADON
- Lead and support staff members in delivering high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum three years of nursing experience, preferably in Long-Term Care and EPIC
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- State of Vermont RN or LPN licensure required
- Demonstrate knowledge and clinical competence in clinical area of responsibility
- Exhibit ability to provide leadership, maintain professional appearance, and obtain satisfactory references
- Show vision in planning and adaptability to change
Salary Information:
LPN Pay Rate: $31.39-$47.08 per hour
RN Pay Rate: $37.85-$56.78 per hour
