As an LNA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. You will collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor residents' health and report changes to nurses.
- Assist with daily activities and maintain resident comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education to stay up-to-date on new procedures.
We Are Looking For:
- An active LNA license in Vermont.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an LNA or related healthcare professional.
- BLS-Healthcare Provider certification required within 6 months of hire (and maintained).
- Compassion and patience with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
