Job Summary:

Requirements:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Unencumbered LNA license with the State of Vermont.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support.

Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour.
- Differentials for night, evening, and weekend shifts: $5.00/hour, $3.00/hour, and $2.00/hour respectively.
- An employment bonus of up to $7,500 available after 90 days, one year, and two years of continuous employment.

Work Schedule:
