Job Description
In accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations, the LPN is responsible for attending to patients nursing needs in the office setting and over the phone under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Provider. The LPN is responsible for the care and treatment of patients according to the standards of nursing practice. LPN's will demonstrate a pleasant disposition to patients, families, and coworkers. Patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
Education & Experience

Education & Experience
- Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
- CPR Certification.
- Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position.
