LPN Role scheduled from 1445 - 2315 for 56-72 hours per pay period with every other weekend.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing (DON), the LPN will assist in managing patient care for 34 residents, providing high-quality support and ensuring a comfortable environment. With excellent resident-to-staff ratios, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their care and well-being. The LPN will also perform various support functions for the department as assigned by the RN or manager, contributing to a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment.
Qualifications :
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
- 1-2 years of medical / surgical or SNF nursing experience preferred, not required.
- Ability to meet the physical and pre-placement screening requirements.
