About the LPN Position
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a skilled LPN to provide skilled nursing services to clients in their home setting. As an integral part of a patient's care journey, you will help them stay in the living environment of their choice.
Main Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Deliver basic nursing care to patients in a home care environment, under minimal clinical supervision, as directed by a Registered Nurse.
- Care for patients with diverse needs, including those with complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with a comprehensive team of healthcare professionals to support patients' overall well-being.
Required Skills and Experience
- Accredited School of Nursing LPN Program
- Two or more years of directly related home/public health, and/or hospice experience
- Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required
- Previous home care experience desired.
Compensation and Benefits
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus eligible for full-time external applicants.
