Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing services for pregnant/postpartum people with higher risk pregnancies
- Supporting children up to 18 years old with medical diagnoses, including emotional adjustment support to children, their families, and care providers
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families
Requirements:
- One to two years of obstetrical nursing experience
- Child health nursing experience preferred
- Human services experience, such as collaboration with community providers and service coordination
