What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Central Resource Management Nurse Manager position at The University of Vermont Health Network?
This role functions as the primary support person to the Network Central Resource Management (CRM) Director for the direction and coordination of contingent labor resources and staff resources for a specific partner patient care needs. The CRM Manager collaborates with the CRM Director in assessment and planning for staffing needs, traveler approvals, traveler sourcing and is a Network resource. She/he carries out the responsibilities of the Network Director in her/his absence with guidance from the Network Executive Team. The CRM Manager participates in the hiring and evaluation of staff. The CRM Manager collaborates with the partner leadership teams to ensure effective operations of their teams and patient throughput.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related Medical/Nursing field required.
- Masters preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of appropriate medical/allied health experience.
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
