At The University of Vermont Health Network, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. Our team is seeking a skilled Ambulatory Care Specialist to manage patient care in our outpatient clinics.
As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient outcomes. You will work closely with patients, their families, staff and management to provide exceptional care.
We require:
- A Graduate degree from an accredited nursing education program and a current license as a Registered Professional Nurse in NYS.
- Previous experience as a Registered Professional Nurse is preferred.
- Experience working in ambulatory care settings or physician office practices.
