Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Unit Manager to join our team at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing.
This role requires a strong background in post-acute care and the ability to provide clinical leadership and supervisory support for our nursing units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision of the nursing staff, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct safety rounds on all three nursing units.
- Assist with clinical assessments and interventions.
Education and Experience
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN or LPN license.
- RN with one or more years of experience in post-acute or long-term care, or LPN with three or more years of experience.
