Home-Based Occupational Therapist
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services in a home care setting. As a key member of our team, you will support children from Early Intervention to age 18, promoting independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address patient goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote patient participation and engagement in therapy.
Requirements
- BS in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum one year of experience in home-based occupational therapy.
- Vermont OT licensure.
- Clinical expertise in home-based occupational therapy.
