Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be knowledgeable about pain management principles and theories, as well as best practices in patient education and advocacy. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field and current RN licensure are also required. If you have a background in pain management, palliative care, or oncology, your experience would be highly valued.
