Our Med Surg unit provides care for patients with complex medical needs, including cardiac related illnesses, gastroenterology, pulmonary, infectious disease, endocrine, renal, hepatic, palliative and post-surgical recovery stays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure
- 1 year of experience in a Med Surg setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
