Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with New York State Department of Health, Emergency Medical Services certification standards.
- Perform duties as outlined by local Medical Control Protocols.
- Assist staff nurses and physicians in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Prioritize ambulance calls over other assignments.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent work experience, including ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology.
- EMT-Paramedic certification required; previous experience preferred.
- Online status in Mountain Lakes Region preferred.
- Meet requirements of pre-employment screening and physical.
- Hold a current U.S. Driver's license.
- Meet requirement to drive an ambulance.
