Job Description
The Clinical Care Associate Lead is an integral part of the care team and a key contributor to delivering high quality care that is compassionate, consistent and reliable for our patients, families and the practices within a medical home. The incumbent is involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in a relevant area preferred. CPR certification required within the first six months from hire.
Experience
One year experience in relevant health care setting or training program desired. Primary Care experience preferred. Proven customer service experience required
