Job Description
Provides comprehensive health care to patients in variuos states of health or illness in collaboration with one or more physicians using guidelines agreed upon with physicians.
Education
Registered nurse who has successfully completed formal education program approved by the Vermont Board of Nursing, or state or national accrediting agency which prepares nurses to function in advanced nursing practice. Must also be certified by national certifying agency recognized by the Vermont State Board of Nursing.
Experience
Previous nurse practitioner experience in inpatient and outpatient malignant hematology experience required. Cellular therapy experience preferred. Weekday coverage required with occasional weekend needs.
