Job Description
The Interim Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is a lead position and an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors. The Interim OSS acts as the lead by assisting the Practice Supervisor in coordinating work activities, resolving problems, training, orientation, and contributes to performance evaluations of the support staff. Makes suggestions and participates in process improvements in support of achieving the established Medical Group performance expectations.
This position functions as part of the site-based leadership team in support of, and responsible for all clinic operations.
Education
Associates Degree in Business or related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
Experience
Minimum of one year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
