The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City has an opening for a full-time Laboratory Animal Technician.
The successful candidate will Responsible for the daily care of research animals, to include but not limited to cage cleaning and sanitation, handling and restraining animals, feeding, treatments, and facility maintenance.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: None (this is an entry-level position)
Certifications: Valid Oklahoma Driver's License or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Preferences: Any experience working with animals (lab or farm) would be helpful; but it is not required
Salary: Targeted salary at $14.00 per hour based on experience excellent benefits
