We are currently seeking a dedicated, hard working, fun, and motivated individual to join our team. As one of the most productive and highly rated UPS Stores in Southern California we pride ourselves on delivering top notch service to our clients.

This position will require training in a multitude of areas which include but are not limited to the following:

-Properly packing a wide assortment of items as per UPS' "Pack and Ship Guarantee" standards

-General Shipping of domestic and international parcels

-The use and operation of our computer manifest system and POS system

-Custom box making and fabrication

-Copying and Scanning of documents-Lamination and binding.

-Assisting customers with print jobs such as business cards, flyers, brochures and signage.

Aside from the unique services we offer, we hope any potential candidate is experienced and proficient in the following areas:

-General Customer Service

-Average to above average computer knowledge(Microsoft Word, Excel)

-The ability to recognize and resolve any unexpected issues

NOTE: We are fortunate enough to be one of the busiest UPS Stores in Southern California, this means there is very little "down time" during work. We need an individual who can handle a fast paced environment, the ability to multitask, and a steady work flow throughout the entire day.

*Retail shipping experience is preferred*(a past position at another UPS Store, FedEx Office, Postal Annex or USPS office) This is NOT a requirement. Also, if you are a notary public(or former one who is willing to renew), that's a huge plus!

Currently the opening we have is a PART TIME position. This position WILL REQUIRE you to work Saturday's as well as possibly some Sunday's(unlikely, but possible).
