We are seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting. The role includes working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Assist small business leaders and customer with their printing, packing, shipping and mail needs
- Actively seek out and acknowledge customers in the store
- Learn and remain knowledge on products and services offered
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Comply with all company processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
