Job Overview
Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer service to customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is recommended and may be required. Knowledge of Internet applications is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Provide product demonstrations to customers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain customer interactions, and transactions using POS systems.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding stock availability and service details.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
