Summary:
We are a small retail business looking for retail associate in a fast paced and fun retail environment. The UPS Store services include shipping, packing, Amazon (and other corporate) returns, copy/print services, mailbox services and more.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs
- Assist customer as they determine the products and services they need
- Enter and process customer requests
- Pack materials according to UPS standards
- Open and close the store, stock shelves and set up displays, clean retail space and work area, and move packages to driver pick up area.
- Answer the phone
Qualifications
- Previous experience with a POS is helpful, but not required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type, count and operate a computer
- Ability to lift 50lbs on occasion
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
