Responsibilities:
The "Customer Service Associate" delivers world-class service to all customers by processing & shipping packages, operating registers and general office print equipment, packaging and sorting mail.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate:
- Is a good communicator with previous work experience (retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred)
- Has a friendly and helpful demeanor and a professional appearance
- Good with computer skills
- Is able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and occasionally lift 40 pounds
- Is proactive, reliable, and dependable with a good sense of responsibility
Education: High School Diploma or Technical College preferred
