Customer Service Associate

We are a small business not associated with the UPS delivery. This is a job position with the ship store on Bryden.

This position will start at part-time and then more hours will be available as you are trained. Once fully trained and has a good understanding of the systems, we can transition into full time.

Every other Saturday will be a must, or possibly every Saturday if available to work.

We are looking for a customer service representative, who will provide products/services to our customers with accuracy and efficiency. Must be able to provide excellent, friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills/Requirements

• Provide energetic and friendly Customer service
• Strong listening skills
• Operate office equipment: i.e., computers, copiers, scanners, fax, etc. (not required)
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be dependable, punctual, able to work independently
• Must work well with others
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long periods of time (required)
• Must have reliable transportation (reliable)

Job Type: Part-time (must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays when needed) to full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
