We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be interacting with our customers, providing exceptional retail sales service and support. You will assist customers with their shipping, printing, packing and other needs, and promote products through effective communication. Your ability to upsell and maintain a positive shopping experience will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and questions promptly.
- Assist customers with different shipping, packing, printing, mailbox, and other small business services.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with customers over the phone.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail environment.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Experience with cash-handling procedures is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
