Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
- Copy, print, and basic graphic design knowledge important for consideration
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in printing, packing, and shipping is preferred
- Must be able to become a notary public
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
- Ability to work well in a team environment
