Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – Print Services is responsible for driving sales, increasing revenue, and expanding customer relationships for our printing services. This role involves lead generation, customer outreach, and optimizing store operations to maximize print service sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the print business within The UPS Store.
- Identify new B2B and B2C customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Generate leads through networking, community outreach, and business partnerships.
- Promote print products (business cards, brochures, banners, promotional materials, etc.).
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Engage with customers to understand their printing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide consultative sales by educating customers on printing options and value-added services.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, schools, and event planners.
Operational & Performance Management
- Monitor sales targets and performance metrics to ensure revenue growth.
- Work with the store team to improve print service efficiency and delivery.
- Stay updated on printing technologies, trends, and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Train store employees on selling print services effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in print services, retail, or B2B sales.
- Knowledge of print production processes, graphic design basics, and print marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a growth mindset.
