Here at our UPS Store, we are looking for a highly proficient, friendly, and enthusiastic team member who can provide world-class customer service to aid our clients with their packing and shipping needs. Aside from those, we offer a variety of other services. When it comes to printing, we handle: Copies, Business Cards, Flyers, Wide Format Printing (Banners, Posters, Yard Signs, etc.) and much more. Returns are a big, yet easy, part of our business. Companies in which we return for include: Amazon, Temu, Happy Returns, Shein, and more (with more to come in the future!). At our UPS Store, you will even be certified to be a fingerprint technician through both of our fingerprinting kiosks, which are Fieldprint and Sterling Identity. With many services, comes a lot business. You must be able to perform in a fast paced environment with a positive and calm demeanor. With us being open all 7 days of the week, you must have the availability to be able to work the days in which you are scheduled (which is typically 5 days at the maximum). Once the training period begins, you will work within 25-30 hours, increasing to 30-35 as the training period ends. Basic math is required, and we are more than eager to train you with everything else as we go along.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication
- Ability to operate POS, computer, and fingerprinting stations
- Knowledge of retail math
- Capable of lifting heavier packages and performing cleaning tasks
