- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and promotions.
- Maintain knowledge of grocery store products and services to provide informed recommendations.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive shopping environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling practices and retail math is advantageous.
- Experience in a grocery store setting is a plus but not required.
