We are seeking a Retail Store Operation Manager to join our team at UPS. In this role, you will support the store manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store management. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Manage inventory levels and stock organization to optimize sales.
• Train and mentor new staff on store policies and procedures.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment for customers and staff.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory
• Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members to meet store goals
• Manage shipping, printing, mailbox rentals, notary services, and more
• Handle customer issues and resolve escalations quickly and professionally
• Drive revenue through upselling and effective service promotion
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve store performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment
• Work directly with the franchise owner to execute business strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with retail math to analyze sales data and inventory levels.
• Organizational skills to maintain an efficient store operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• 2 years of retail management or leadership experience
• Strong customer service and team-building skills
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of shipping logistics and print services is a plus
• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
