Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of a retail location, opening and closing the center, managing the productivity and world-class customer service delivery of the team, monitoring cost control and expenses.
Requires outgoing personality, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a team for peak performance in a retail-service environment.
Other skills required are strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, some accounting knowledge, good computer skills with knowledge of Internet applications
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.
Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages and assist customers with document services.
Pack merchandise for shipment and process the shipment.
