The UPS Store is a family owned business looking to add an associate to our team!
A Center Associate delivers world-class customer service while receiving and processing inbound packages, managing customer mailboxes, executing print services, and packing and shipping packages. The UPS Store offers flexible hours and opportunities such as becoming a notary, learning graphic design work, becoming an expert packer, and more!
The ideal candidate should have previous retail sales experience, strong computer skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, works well with a team, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is self-directed when accomplishing tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
- Advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options.
- Takes ownership of the customer's needs and offers viable solutions.
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Excellent verbal skills both by phone and in person
- Ability to complete general math and grammatical functions
- Be notary eligible (felony free and have a valid Texas ID)
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Willing and able to work 15-25 hours per week within a 7 day work week

COMPENSATION
