Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a leadership position that requires a high level of responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory
- Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to meet store goals
- Manage shipping, printing, mailbox rentals, notary services, and more
- Handle customer issues and resolve escalations quickly and professionally
- Drive revenue through upselling and effective service promotion
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment
- Work directly with the franchise owner to execute business strategy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2 years of retail management or leadership experience
- Strong customer service and team-building skills
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of shipping logistics and print services is a plus
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
