Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction Requirements: - Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Positive attitude and willingness to learn Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
