## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service and work well in a team environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and work with an incredible team. The UPS Store is a franchise. We offer print services, mailboxes, faxing, passport photos, as well as packing and shipping services. This position will be split between two stores. Stores are located in Eugene and Springfield.
## Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow-up on leads
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Assist in inventory management and restocking products
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
-Print experience
- Experience in retail sales
- Knowledge of language for bilingual customer interactions
