Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory, technology, back-office processes, opening/closing procedures, and much more.
- Collaborate with team members to develop a marketing store strategy.
- Assist new store employees.
- Suggest new ideas to improve store's performance and productivity.
- Create a culture that consistently delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
- Become an expert in all products and services, proactively learning about new programs, policies, etc.
- Become a Notary in Massachusetts or Rhode Island depending on store location.

- Our franchise currently operates 7 locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our locations are Smithfield RI, Warwick RI, Barrington RI, Seekonk MA, Westport MA, Fairhaven MA, and Wareham MA.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
