Here at The UPS Stores we do more than just Packing & Shipping. We cater to Small Businesses in the area providing them with a various array of services.
Averaging at 2000 customers per month we do everything from Printing & Laminating Services,Wide Format Printing, to Promotional Products like Business Cards, Flyers, Banners; as well as Graphic Design. We provide Notary Public Services & Mobile Notary, Live Scan Fingerprinting Services, Mailbox Services, and Crate & Freight to name a few.
We are looking for someone with a Positive Attitude & Mindset, who is down to earth and comfortable in engaging with customers as our aim is to provide Premium Customer Service to each and everyone we encounter.

Responsibilities
In this role as a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Your core skills in stocking, POS, retail sales, basic math, cash register operation, customer service, and sales will be essential in providing exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, your premium skills in technology sales, bilingual communication, and merchandising will help drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Operating the POS system accurately and efficiently to process transactions
- Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment through stocking and merchandising
- Utilizing your multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
- Upselling products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilizing your knowledge of retail math to assist with pricing and promotions
- Demonstrating professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Contributing to a positive team environment through effective communication and teamwork
Your relevant skills in electronics sales, wireless sales, time management, and organizational skills will also be valuable in this role. Additionally, your certification as a Notary Public will provide added value to our customers when needed.
