We are looking to fill a Customer Service Assistant Manager position at our Manchester, NH location at 497 Hooksett Rd. Do you have 3-5 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service? Are you a proven leader and team player? If you are, look no further than the UPS Stores in Manchester! Come join our team! Starting pay is $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience.
As an Assistant Manager, you would provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment offering mail and package services through UPS and USPS. We offer mailbox, printing, fax, and packaging services to our customers as well.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide customers with shipping options that best suit their needs
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ability to operate all equipment, software and devices.
- Manage returns of merchandise for corporate accounts
- Coordinate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills
- Customer service experience
- Understanding of the retail sales process and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to comfortability lift 50 lbs
- Prompt, reliable and responsible
